Integration Steps

Log in to Business Admin
Go to Assistants, then Widget Builder, and copy the embed snippet for your assistant.

Paste Before Closing Body Tag
Add the script tag to your website template, page builder, or theme footer.

Set Allowed Domains
In Widget settings, add your domain to prevent unauthorized embeds.
4
Test and Go Live
Open your site, click the chat bubble, and verify conversations appear in your admin panel.
Embed Code
Replace YOUR_API_KEY and ASSISTANT_ID with values from your Widget Builder.

Does it work on WordPress?
Yes. Paste the embed code in Appearance, Theme Footer, or use a Custom HTML block.
Can I deploy multiple assistants?
Yes. Each assistant has its own data-assistant-id. Use different snippets on different pages.
Is HTTPS required?
Recommended for production. The widget auto-detects its base URL from the script src.
