• Provide and operate the AI assistant, admin dashboards, and customer portal.

3. AI assistant widgets on client sites

When a business embeds our widget, visitor conversations and contact details are processed on behalf of that business so they can respond to inquiries. Each business is responsible for informing their website visitors about their own privacy practices and for using captured data lawfully.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, AI model providers) strictly to operate the service, or when required by law. Business admins can access data belonging to their own shop only.

5. Retention

We retain account and conversation data while the business subscription remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Businesses may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting support.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted passwords, access controls, API keys, optional domain allowlisting for widgets, and activity logging. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; please use strong unique passwords.

• Business admins can update account details from their dashboard.
